Partner network
Become a Swiss Limo partner
A client landing elsewhere is still our client. Someone has to be there.
Our clients do not stop at the Swiss border. An executive we drive from Zurich to Davos flies out of Munich, Milan or London the next day, and asks us to arrange what follows. We would rather hand those journeys to companies we have chosen than to an anonymous broker.
So we are looking for partners: in Switzerland, in the regions we do not cover ourselves, and abroad in the cities our clients come from and leave for. The principle is simple — you stay in charge of your company, your vehicles and your chauffeurs; we send you work, with the standards that come with it.
This page sets out what we expect and how we work. Commercial terms are discussed case by case: they depend on the city, the volume and the type of work, and we do not publish them here because they would not be true for anyone.
Who we are looking for
In Switzerland
Established companies in the cantons and regions we do not serve ourselves day to day. We already cover the Geneva-Zurich-Basel axis and the Alpine arc; the need is elsewhere, and during the peaks when demand outruns our own fleet.
Internationally
Companies in the cities our clients arrive from and leave for: European capitals, financial centres, resort destinations. A connection handled properly on arrival is worth more than a discount.
For seasonal peaks
The Davos WEF in January, Art Basel in June, the big congresses: in those weeks demand exceeds what one fleet can absorb. A partner who holds up in those periods quickly becomes a partner all year.
What we require
These points are checked at interview and over time. They are not negotiable: it is our name getting into the car with the client.
- A properly registered company, holding your country's professional passenger transport licences and current commercial insurance.
- Recent, clean vehicles with no exterior advertising. Executive saloon and van depending on demand.
- Professional chauffeurs, properly dressed, speaking English at minimum alongside the local language.
- Flight tracking and pickup adjustment when the aircraft is late, without having to be asked.
- Punctuality in the strict sense: there before the hour, not on it.
- Absolute discretion about passengers, routes and conversations. Signed NDA where the client requires it.
- No chain subcontracting without telling us: we need to know who is driving.
- A contact who answers, including evenings and weekends while a journey is running.
How it works
1. You write to us
Introduce your company: city, fleet, headcount, languages spoken, years in business, references if you have them. The more precise, the faster the answer.
2. We talk
A call to check the requirements above are met, understand your real coverage and discuss commercial terms, which depend on the city and the type of work.
3. A first journey
We start small, on a job without extreme stakes, to see how you work before entrusting you with a sensitive client.
4. The network
If it goes well, you join the list we call first for your city, and the flow builds in both directions.
What you get
- Work from an operator who knows the trade and does not haggle the price at the last minute.
- A demanding but loyal clientele: executives, delegations, business aviation, international events.
- A single contact on our side, not a call centre.
- Reciprocity: when your clients come to Switzerland, you hand them to us on the same terms.
What we ask of you
- Turn down a job you cannot cover, rather than take it and improvise.
- Tell us early when something goes wrong: an announced delay can be managed, a discovered one cannot.
- Do not approach the client we entrust to you directly.
- Invoice what was agreed, with no surcharge discovered after the journey.
Frequently asked questions
In Switzerland, the regions outside the Geneva-Zurich-Basel axis and outside the Alpine arc, where we are not present ourselves. Internationally, the cities our clients arrive from and leave for: European capitals, financial centres and major resort destinations. Write even if your city is not an obvious one — demand follows our clients, not a map fixed in advance.
They are discussed case by case, because they depend on the city, the volume and the type of work. We do not publish a commission grid: it would not be true for anyone. The subject comes up on the first call, without evasion.
Recent, clean vehicles with no advertising livery, yes. Fleet size matters less than consistency: a two-car company that is faultless is more use to us than a fleet of ten where nobody knows which one will turn up.
No. You keep your own clients, your other principals and your independence. We send you work, we do not buy you.
We talk about it, once. An isolated incident happens to everyone and gets settled. What does not get settled is a hidden problem: an unannounced delay, a chauffeur swapped without warning, a surcharge discovered on the invoice. On those three, we stop.
Yes, and it is the arrangement we prefer. Reciprocity is what separates a network from a list of phone numbers: your clients coming to Switzerland are treated as ours, on the same terms.
