WEF Davos Chauffeur Service
The authority in transport during the World Economic Forum
For one week a year, Davos becomes the centre of the world. The World Economic Forum gathers heads of state, executives and delegations in an alpine valley where every movement is constrained by security zones, time slots and sheer volume. Swiss Limo has operated here for years: a dedicated chauffeur, mastered journeys and total discretion.
This page is the entry point to our WEF operation — from the transfer out of Zurich Airport to on-site logistics, taking in the right vehicles, the hotels we serve and the questions organisers actually ask. 'World Economic Forum Transportation' and 'Davos VIP Transportation' are facets of it, handled here rather than scattered.
Access zones & accreditation
During the Forum, central Davos is regulated: badges, checks and mandated drop-off points. Our chauffeurs know the setup and operate within it, in coordination with your security and accreditations. (Vehicle-access details to confirm each edition.)
Time slots & punctuality
During WEF week every minute counts and traffic thickens. A dedicated chauffeur, scheduled around your agenda with anticipated margins: your meetings hold.
World Economic Forum Transportation
A multi-vehicle operation for delegations: hotel ↔ congress shuttles, airport meet-and-greet, coordinated waiting and real-time redeployment. Run as an operation, not an isolated ride.
Davos VIP Transportation
Executives, public figures, families: absolute confidentiality, experienced chauffeurs, top-tier vehicles. The service stays invisible until it is needed.
Roadshow & multi-day
Investors and teams on a roadshow: several vehicles, several days, one point of contact. Routes and slots planned in advance.
Book very early
Demand soars during the WEF and the regional fleet is reserved months ahead. Book early to secure your vehicle and chauffeur — the first rule of January.
