Financial Roadshow Chauffeur — Switzerland
One chauffeur, one tour, absolute confidentiality — across every Swiss financial centre
A financial roadshow across Switzerland means several days, several cities and a run of critical meetings. Our chauffeurs run multi-day financial roadshows across Switzerland's banking centres on a regular basis — Geneva, Lausanne, Zurich, Zug and Basel — with a single coordinator, a single chauffeur and a single vehicle for the entire circuit.
Confidentiality is the primary selling point of this segment: funds, IR teams and executives moving through meetings with wealth managers, family offices and institutional investors have no interest in their movements being visible. No counterparty name, no destination leaves the vehicle.
The Swiss financial circuit
Geneva
The world's leading private-wealth management centre. The Left Bank district — rue du Rhône, la Corraterie, Plainpalais — concentrates private banking houses and independent managers within a tight perimeter. Meeting density there is extreme; a dedicated chauffeur on standby, ready to redeploy within minutes, is the only reliable solution.
Lausanne
A natural staging point between Geneva and Zurich. The Lake Geneva–Lausanne region is home to family offices, independent managers and institutional funds. Meetings often take place in discreet office buildings; a car on standby is more practical than any taxi.
Zurich
The German-Swiss financial heartland. Paradeplatz and Bahnhofstrasse frame a perimeter where major banks and institutional managers follow each other over a few hundred metres. Outside Geneva, this is typically the busiest day of the roadshow.
Zug
'Crypto Valley' and commodity trading. Zug is increasingly integrated into financial roadshows: specialist family offices, alternative funds and commodity-trading players have made it their base. Twenty-five minutes from Zurich, it slots easily into a German-Switzerland day.
Basel
Pharma and healthcare meetings. Basel's economic context is dominated by the major healthcare groups — a geographic backdrop that draws specialist healthcare funds and IR roadshows from the sector. Reachable from Zurich in about one hour, or directly from Basel-Mulhouse Airport (BSL).
Cross-border legs are managed end to end: Milan (2 h 30 from Zurich), Annecy or Évian (from Geneva), Monaco or Lyon on request. Road tax, cross-border insurance, customs declarations for equipment — a single provider handles the entire circuit, with no break in service.
How it works
One chauffeur and vehicle for the whole tour
From the first meeting to the last, the same chauffeur and the same vehicle accompany you. No city-by-city bookings, no briefing repeated to each local provider. The chauffeur knows your programme, your preferences and your priorities from day one.
Multi-day schedule built with you
We take your provisional agenda and align it with the constraints of each centre: Geneva traffic in the morning, Paradeplatz at midday, Zurich–Zug link in the late afternoon. The schedule is adjusted live if meetings shift.
Standby between meetings
The chauffeur stays on standby during your meetings — discreet parking nearby, reachable immediately. No repositioning leg to plan on your side.
Very early starts, late finishes
A financial roadshow often starts before 8 am and can end after 8 pm, with client dinners in the evening. We are available around the clock for the duration of the roadshow, with no overtime to negotiate.
Wi-Fi and working on board
Quiet cabin, Wi-Fi, chargers — travel time is work time: pitch review, client calls, post-meeting notes. The S-Class and V-Class are specifically equipped for this use.
Last-minute flexibility
A meeting is pushed back, a call is added at 6 pm: the chauffeur adapts. A single point of contact absorbs changes without a cascade of calls to several providers.
Why a dedicated chauffeur
Punctuality without compromise
International funds do not grant a second meeting to someone who arrives late. A dedicated chauffeur anticipates traffic, tracks your meetings in real time and sets departure at the right moment.
Confidentiality and NDA
In this segment, counterparties visited, topics discussed and portfolio positions are strictly confidential. Our chauffeurs operate under a non-disclosure agreement; no movement is communicated to third parties.
Service continuity
One provider per city means one briefing per city, a stranger at the wheel and a risk at each stage. A single chauffeur across the whole circuit eliminates that discontinuity.
One contact, one invoice
Single invoice at the end of the tour, based on time on hire and distances. No manual consolidation of expense notes from five different providers.
