WEF Davos chauffeur prices
Understand the rates before you book — no surprises
How much does a private chauffeur cost during the WEF? The honest answer: it depends on the formula, the vehicle and the period — and January week follows its own rules. This page sets out the indicative rates and, above all, the variables that move them, so your quote is never a black box.
Every amount shown is an estimate to confirm, never a firm price: the final quote depends on your dates, your itinerary and the hire duration. During the Forum one rule comes first — book early.
Transfer or at-disposal
Two formulas: the point-to-point transfer (one journey, e.g. Zurich → Davos) and hire by the hour or the day. During the WEF, when meetings run back to back and times slip, the dedicated day is almost always the rational choice.
What is included
A dedicated chauffeur, a top-tier vehicle, flight tracking and meet-and-greet with a name board, luggage assistance. Waiting margins and cancellation terms are set out in black and white on the quote.
Why WEF week costs more
Demand far outstrips the regional supply, days stretch from early morning to late evening, and chauffeurs must be accommodated in or near Davos. January rates reflect that operational reality.
Overtime & waiting
Beyond the agreed duration, overtime is billed at the rate fixed on the quote — never discovered after the fact. Extended waits between meetings are anticipated in the schedule.
Multi-day & full week
For a presence over several days or the whole Forum week, we build a package: vehicles blocked, dedicated chauffeurs, chauffeur accommodation planned. On quote, with a single point of contact.
From estimate to firm quote
The online estimate gives the order of magnitude; the firm quote follows a quick exchange on your dates and programme. During the WEF, availability matters more than price: the fleet is reserved months ahead.

Frequently asked questions
It depends on the formula (transfer or at-disposal), the vehicle and the duration. The indicative per-vehicle grid is on this page; during WEF week rates are higher than in the normal season. Every estimate is to confirm by quote.
For a single journey (e.g. Zurich → Davos), a transfer is enough. For a day of meetings in Davos, full-day hire is almost always more rational: the vehicle and chauffeur stay yours, however the agenda shifts.
Demand far outstrips regional supply, working days stretch longer, and chauffeurs must be accommodated in or near Davos. These real operational costs explain the gap with the rest of the year.
A dedicated chauffeur, a top-tier vehicle, flight tracking, meet-and-greet with a name board and luggage assistance. Waiting margins and cancellation terms are specified on the quote.
At a rate fixed in advance on the quote, never discovered after the fact. If your programme may overrun, tell us: we plan for it in the schedule and the pricing.
Yes, on quote: vehicles blocked for your dates, dedicated chauffeurs, chauffeur accommodation planned and a single point of contact for the whole week.
For multi-day WEF assignments, chauffeur lodging must be planned early and appears on the quote — either built into the package or as an identified supplement. Nothing is added after the fact.
No — they are indicative estimates to confirm. The firm quote depends on your dates, the itinerary and the hire duration. We never publish a firm price online.
As early as possible — ideally several months before January. During the WEF the issue is not only the rate: it is availability. The regional fleet books up far in advance.
Yes. A single quote can cover several vehicles over several days, itemised (transfers, at-disposal hire, supplements) for your internal approval processes.
