WEF Davos hotels — access & drop-off
The right hotel, the right drop-off, the right rotations
During the WEF, the hotel is not just a place to sleep: it is a starting point, a meeting venue and a link in your logistics. Knowing where each address sits, how it is reached in January and how rotations to the Congress Centre are organised concretely changes your days.
This page gathers what our chauffeurs practise every edition: the most requested addresses in Davos Platz and Davos Dorf, their access particulars, and how we organise drop-offs and shuttles during Forum week.
Davos hotels
We serve every address in Davos Platz and Davos Dorf; these are the most requested.
Steigenberger Grandhotel Belvédère
The historic address on the Promenade in Davos Platz — one of the hearts of WEF week.
AlpenGold Hotel (ex-InterContinental)
The 'golden egg' above Davos Dorf, renamed AlpenGold in 2021. Car access is especially useful given its elevated position.
Hilton Garden Inn Davos
Directly opposite the Congress Centre — the closest address to the heart of the Forum.
Hard Rock Hotel Davos
A contemporary address on the Davos Platz side, favoured by teams who want to stay central.
Waldhotel Davos
On the heights above Davos Platz, in the quiet — a few minutes' drive from the centre.
Hotel Schatzalp
Car-free: the hotel is reached by funicular from Davos Platz. We drop off at the valley station and handle the luggage.
Drop-off during the Forum
Central Davos is regulated during the WEF: a security perimeter, badges and mandated drop-off points, specified each edition by the authorities. We operate within that frame and set every drop-off with you — and with your security detail where relevant.
Hotel ↔ Congress Centre shuttles
Regular rotations between your hotel and the Congress Centre, by V-Class or Sprinter depending on headcount, coordinated by a single point of contact. The vehicle rotates, nobody waits.
Arrivals & luggage
We track your flight, greet you in Zurich and deliver your team to the hotel — skis, trunks and equipment included, with the right van. Late arrivals and early departures are part of the job.
Which hotel for which use
Closest to the Forum: the Hilton Garden Inn, opposite the Congress Centre. At the heart of the Promenade: the Belvédère. Elevated, with the view: the AlpenGold. In the quiet: the Waldhotel, or the Schatzalp — reached only by funicular, with drop-off at the valley station.
Basing in Klosters
Many participants stay in Klosters, 12 km away (15–20 min): calmer addresses, better availability. We run the morning and evening links like a private shuttle — the detour is never felt.
Book both early
Davos hotels and the regional fleet both saturate months before January. Book room and chauffeur at the same time: both shape your week.
