1. Purpose and scope

Swiss Limo, a brand operated by Bowyer Transport (UID CHE-292.799.116), offers a premium private chauffeur and limousine service, based in Valais (Switzerland) and operating both domestically and internationally.

These Terms apply to every quote request and booking made with Swiss Limo, regardless of the channel (online form, WhatsApp, email or telephone). They prevail over any conflicting terms of the client, save for an express written agreement.

2. Quote and booking

Any price estimate displayed on the website or generated automatically is indicative and non-binding. It does not constitute a firm offer and remains subject to confirmation.

The transport contract is formed only when the Swiss Limo concierge confirms the booking to the client (by WhatsApp or email), specifying the applicable vehicle, schedule, route and firm price.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided (addresses, times, number of passengers, luggage, flights). Inaccurate information may result in additional charges or prevent the service from being performed.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF). The initial estimate is distinct from the firm price; only the latter — confirmed by the concierge — is binding on the parties.

Surcharges may apply, in particular for: night trips, Sundays and public holidays, waiting time beyond the included allowance, tolls, road vignettes, parking, as well as any detour or stop requested during the journey.

Payment is made by the means accepted by Swiss Limo (card, bank transfer, or another method agreed at confirmation). The exact terms are specified at the time of booking.

4. Amendment, cancellation and no-show

Any amendment request must be sent to the concierge as soon as possible; it will be accommodated subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

Unless specific conditions are confirmed at booking, the following cancellation scale applies on an indicative basis: free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up; between 24 and 6 hours, 50% of the agreed price; less than 6 hours before pick-up, 100% of the agreed price.

In the event of a no-show (client absent at the agreed place and time, without cancellation), the full price remains due. For airport or station pick-ups, a reasonable waiting time is granted before a no-show is recorded.

5. Performance of the service

Swiss Limo undertakes to make every effort to ensure the chauffeur's punctuality. A waiting time is included depending on the type of pick-up (typically more generous at airports and stations than at a hotel or private address), beyond which a waiting surcharge applies.

The number of passengers and items of luggage may not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Child seats can be provided on prior request. The transport of animals is possible on prior request and agreement.

For everyone's safety, seatbelts are mandatory and the chauffeur's instructions must be followed. Swiss Limo reserves the right to interrupt a journey in the event of dangerous or unlawful behaviour, or behaviour that damages the vehicle or endangers the chauffeur.

6. Liability and insurance

Swiss Limo operates as a duly insured professional carrier, in accordance with applicable Swiss regulations. Swiss Limo's liability is limited within the conditions provided by law.

Swiss Limo cannot be held liable for the consequences of a delay attributable to circumstances beyond its control (see force majeure clause), nor for indirect damages.

Items forgotten or lost on board are kept when found; clients are invited to report them without delay. Swiss Limo is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings left unattended.

7. Force majeure

Swiss Limo cannot be held liable for a delay or non-performance resulting from force majeure or external circumstances, in particular: weather conditions, road conditions or closures, accidents, demonstrations, strikes, or decisions of the authorities.

Where possible, an alternative solution is offered to the client.

8. Complaints

Any complaint relating to a service must be sent to Swiss Limo as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days following the journey, by email to the contact address indicated above.

Swiss Limo undertakes to examine each complaint diligently and to respond within a reasonable time.

9. Personal data

Personal data provided in connection with a request or booking is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which details the purposes, legal bases and rights of the data subjects.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules and applicable international conventions.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of Bowyer Transport, in Valais (Switzerland), subject to mandatory provisions in favour of consumers.

This document is a baseline to be adapted; if in doubt, seek legal advice.
