Geneva does not live off its trade fairs. It lives off an institutional calendar that turns all year: Human Rights Council sessions at the Palais des Nations, the World Health Assembly in May, the International Labour Conference in June, negotiations and committees in between. These are appointments that are not replayed if you arrive late.
On paper the five main addresses sit within a few streets of each other: 5 to 7 kilometres from the airport, 15 to 25 minutes depending on the hour. In practice they have nothing in common. The WTO is on the lakeshore while the WHO is up on the Pregny heights; the Palais des Nations has several gates and only one takes delegates; the ITU gives a postal address that is a roundabout.
Swiss Limo has no link with these institutions and claims none. We drive the people who go to them: delegations, permanent missions, experts, legal counsel, accredited NGOs, journalists. The need is always the same — to be met at the aircraft, to arrive with margin, and not to have to explain where the entrance is.

The Palais has several gates, and turning up at the wrong one means a walk along a perimeter wall. The visitor and delegate entrance is the Pregny gate, at 14 avenue de la Paix. That is where we drop off, unless your protocol office says otherwise.

The headquarters sits on the Pregny heights, away from the centre: hailing a passing taxi there is not easy, and leaving is harder still. Every May the World Health Assembly fills Geneva for a week and the district saturates around session opening times.

The WTO is not in the Nations district: it occupies the Centre William Rappard, on the lakeshore along the rue de Lausanne. The approach therefore runs along the quays, not the avenue de la Paix, and rush-hour traffic behaves differently there.

Every June the International Labour Conference runs across three venues at once: the CICG, the Palais des Nations and ILO headquarters. Delegates shuttle between all three in the same day. This is the case where a car at your disposal beats ordering rides one at a time.

The postal address is the Place des Nations, but the buildings stand on the Varembé side, along the avenue Giuseppe-Motta. The distinction matters when setting a meeting point: the Place des Nations is a roundabout, not an entrance.

The right gate, not the right street
A postal address does not tell you how you get in. At the Palais des Nations, the visitor and delegate entrance is the Pregny gate, 14 avenue de la Paix: stopping elsewhere along the perimeter means finishing on foot. We drop at the gate that works, unless your protocol office says otherwise.
Geneva traffic, not the distance
Five to seven kilometres take a quarter of an hour at 6 a.m. and three times that at 8.30, when cross-border commuters and civil servants arrive at once. The chauffeur sets the pickup against your session's opening time, not against a theoretical journey time.
A conference across three venues
In June the International Labour Conference runs simultaneously at the CICG, the Palais des Nations and ILO headquarters. Delegations shuttle between all three during the day. Hourly hire keeps the same chauffeur and the same vehicle across the whole programme, from 140 CHF per hour in an S-Class.
Delegations and multiple vehicles
A V-Class carries 7 passengers, a Sprinter up to 19. For a delegation moving as a group between hotel, session and dinner, we line up several vehicles on the same schedule, with a single point of contact for the whole arrangement.
Discretion, by default
No name board if you would rather not: we agree a meeting point and a neutral sign. The chauffeur comments on neither the passengers, nor the journeys, nor the destinations. Nothing said in the back leaves the car. Non-disclosure agreement on request.
Coordination with your security
When a close protection team accompanies the mission, we align with them before arrival: contact, routes, pickup points, access constraints. Your instructions take precedence over our habits, for the whole assignment.

The Pregny gate, at 14 avenue de la Paix: it is the visitor and delegate entrance. The Palais sits inside a park and has several gates, so an approximate drop-off ends in a long walk along the perimeter. If your protocol office requires another point, tell us and we comply.
Allow 15 to 25 minutes for 5 to 7 kilometres, depending on the hour. The distance is short; traffic decides. At the morning peak the same run can double. We track your flight number and set the pickup against the opening of your session.
